Quest Mount Eden

Late check-in was extremely easy by using the out-of-hours intercom and provided directions. Early check-out also easy. Parking is free overnight on the street but if can't get a spot you're out of luck. Located in a quiet area, room was nice, spacious enough for our 1 night stay. All necessary info was in the pre-arrival email which was very useful.

Good location and rooms. Didn't notice any distracting noise at night.nnReception staff weren't available until about 20 minutes after scheduled reception opened, but the staff were apologetic once they showed up.

From the very time I reached out for help with booking the rooms I was met with friendly services from Laukau the Front Office Supervisor. Every email, every request and transaction was answered promptly and professionally and was very helpful.nnThe rooms are comfortable, very clean, spacious and I thoroughly enjoyed my two months stay here. It was close to amenities and to the city.nnThe neighborhood is friendly, I felt safe and it was easy to navigate my way around. I highly recommend you stay with Quest Mt Eden as I found it a home away from home.

VERY DISAPPOINTED FROM THE TREATMENT I RECEIVED FROM THIS HOTEL. It seems they have one rule for some and other rules for others. I was allocated a car park to find someone else had parked there. When I told reception they said I would have to wait until they told the person to move. Later I received a phone call to say they couldn’t contact the guest to ask them to move, which is just ridiculous considering they had all their contact details and room number. It was a hassle and a inconvenience trying to move and find me another car park so I parked outside there office, which was not the secure locked gate car park I asked for. They still insisted that I pay for the car park which was outside the secure parking. I have told all other organisations that I am connected with not to stay here. If you own an expensive car you will be ok and they will bend the rules for you!!!

The best Quest I have stayed at. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great facilities.
