OneHealth Accident & Medical Care

I went to OneHealth Urgent Care with a difficult medical problem and received excellent care, particularly from Dr. Tristan Jones. Despite being young, anxious and coming back several times, I was always taken seriously. He explained everything in detail when assessing my symptoms and answered my questions reassuringly without being dismissive. Every visit left me more confident in my health despite some scary symptoms. Thank you so much to Dr. Tristan and the nurses for your care. Highly recommend!

Saw Dr Tristan today for our 3 year old - he was amazing with her, great bedside manner and thorough!! Just what you want in a doctor as a worried parent. Very grateful!

Really happy with the service received today! Relatively quick service and friendly staff. I went to the walk in clinic after landing with suspected sinus infection needing help quickly. Had vitals checked by a nurse and then a doctor’s appointment very kind man. It wasn’t very in-ndepth but I was happy with the service I received. Was able to get the prescription immediately from the pharmacy next door.

The reception staff really let this place down. I loved our doctor but had to move practices reluctantly due to the lack of customer care. It's terrible. The culture from the top must be very negative bc it's clear at the front desk the staff are miserable. Every appointment I had, whether for myself or my babies, I was surprised by a big random fee by TEXT the following day that I was not informed of at the time. The communication was awful. I contested the fees because they were expensive, never explained and completely unexpected. I was always met with abrupt, cold replies when I emailed. Do not recommend this clinic for GP/nurse visits. Just emergency. I've given an extra star as the doctors themselves are great - but not worth the hassle of dealing with the clinic staff.

Pretty good! I went on a Sunday morning waited for about an hour ish and got checked by nurse and doctor pretty quickly. I red all the reviews of White cross Ascot that freaked me out so I decided to go to this one even I need to pay more. You just want to be checked quickly when you are sick asap. I recommend this place
