Really friendly & professional staff, top marks for both Aimee & Winnie who eased my anxiety prior to the procedure. Dr Derek Luo made the procedure extremely seamless. My appreciation goes out to the amazing team along with how clean the facility is. Great experience all around!

The call center staff attitude is really rude, unprofessional and lack of care! I called today for opinions, and her attitude shows she doesn’t care at all, reply the questions with uh-huh multiple times! Even when the call finished, she just hang up the call without saying anything!! So disappointed even before I go! Not recommended this place at all! There’re so many specialist in town, if they keep continuing this kind of service, that’s gonna be the end of business!

No problem with Doctors and staff. The reason for rating is that they do not have basic facilities like parking for the patients from clinic. You have to park at a public car park. Do not expect this when this is a private practice with top end charges for consultation and procedures.

They were also very reassuring and supportive, with follow up report later the same day.
