I had a colonoscopy procedure here. I was very well looked after by the friendly and caring nurses and the efficiency of the professional doctors. The procedure went smoothly. The clinic was super clean and tidy. The nurses served up a big meal during the recovery time. They knew I was hungry. Keep up the good works.

The admin team was very efficient, friendly and easy to communicate.nManaged to get a appointment with dermatologist within a week after GP referral, the doctor I saw was professional & knowledgeable.

Dr Yena Kim, Dermatologist, and the members of the medical team, including receptionist Stacey, were very professional and focused on my skin concerns. From referral to first contact I had a positive impression of this practice and their commitment to addressing my longstanding skin problems. These had not been thoroughly diagnosed or properly treated with interventions, medication and surgical skills that they required. My condition had not improved significantly on visits to previous doctors advertising their interests in dermatology and skin specialisation. At my first visit to Dr Yena she listened to my concerns with empathy, collected my medical and dermatological history and developed a long term, systematic treatment plan. Interventions to facilitate long term skin health began immediately with liquid nitrogen treatment of more superficial lesions that would be difficult for me to treat with the medications she promptly prescribed. I felt reassured and confident that I would be able to manage the complex issues I was now facing after years of over-exposure to the harmful sun. Dr Kim explained the skin conditions she would address and the properties of the medications she would prescribe. I am fortunate to be able to benefit from the impressive skills, qualifications, and service of this accomplished Dermatologist and the other medical professionals and support team. A big heads up for Greenlane Medical Specialists.

The nurse was nice and patient, but the reception service was terrible!nAfter my gastroscopy, I asked them to prescribe some stomach medicine for me. The receptionist Victoria arrogantly said that there would be an additional charge of $60 for the prescription. I mentioned that other specialists prescribe medicine for free after consultations or exams. Victoria replied that just because those specialists are nicer, however their doctors aren't as nice and there are no free prescriptions here. She even told me to go see other specialists in the future. Her tone was arrogant and her attitude was terrible. For a healthcare institution, I have encountered doctors and nurses were all nice before, so it is hard to imagine someone as unprofessional and rude as the receptionist Victoria.nShe definitely deserves a big bad review!

Really friendly & professional staff, top marks for both Aimee & Winnie who eased my anxiety prior to the procedure. Dr Derek Luo made the procedure extremely seamless. My appreciation goes out to the amazing team along with how clean the facility is. Great experience all around!
