Had a great experience here. Rohan was excellent, good customer service with a bit of a low key R&B ghetto vibe - legit. Give the man a bonus

I went to sit my theory test today, and I was disappointed with the service at the front desk. The staff members I dealt with spoke in a manner that felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. As a paying customer, I expect courteous and respectful service. I kindly request that AA address this matter and ensure front desk staff provide friendly and professional customer service. Lady and the boy from India talked to me like they are the bosses of AA. Please AA remove those guys from front desk if they can't serve with a tiny smile for your valued customers!

Went there for car registration renewal, told me to wait 30 minutes as staff is having lunch , no one else is on window available.

I went to do my Vehicle registration renewal at my office Lunch time, since I could not locate the form, I went in line and upon my turn, he immediately sent me back to fill which is OK another two people in front of me had a similar issue, where they were not told to fill out the form and come back in the que, why discrimination against Indian person? Rule for one should be a rule for all, if you choose to allow one person you should allow all. Despite this when I was in line, he even gave me an incorrect form, luckily I asked another Sales lady who was very kind. Unfortunately I had to go back and could not even complete my form as I would get late for my Lunch.nnI did not say a word, I did not respond to what he was doing, while he was giving me a stare everything he did the above. I just left as I did not want to be late for work.nnI was In at around 1 PM on 23/03nnJust an advicenIt seemed that staff had quite the knowledge as other team kept coming asking for his suggestion, he is leveraging on this and had completly blinded for customer service to a particular kind of individual group. Please teach him some values as New Zealand accepts diversity and sad to say people like him are taking it away.

So I walked i to this place really pissed of as it has taken so many times to get the right paperwork i needed. My bad...anyway the Man that served me could tell i was annoyed and had enough. He was present and was very patient with me. I didn't catch his name. But honestly he needs a pay rise
