White Cross - Lunn Ave Urgent Care and GP

The staff are nice enough but maybe they don’t have the time to listen properly. I was even told all my symptoms were unrelated and I just had multiple issues that were unrelated to each other and it was my anxiety. Thankfully I went to a Shorecare for a second opinion who found what was wrong with me that explained every single one of my symptoms which I repeatedly explained to the doctors at this white cross.

Nurses are very nice so are the doctors. Only problem there is that one receptionist lady. I dont know why she isnt fired yet. Always got a stink attitude, always seems annoyed and in a rush, doesn't smile, talks very condescending to me every time i go there. Im talking about the younger woman. Needs to get off that wheelie chair and do some real work

White Cross Lunn Ave...Be warned... the reception area was empty, so one assumes that there won't be a long wait... then you get taken inside and there is another full waiting room... 3 hours later and I'm still waiting. If I could give a negative star rating I would so. Bad service. Surely you can do better than this.. just tell people there is a long wait. Please.nnDr. when I eventually saw her was really amazing.

I took my wife to white cross lunn ave today to get a moon boot recommended by my family doctor,nI was a bit relactant after reading some of the reviews from some other patients.nHowever I was so glad that I went there because the teams there from receptions to nurse and doctor were excellent.nVery helpful receptions and the nurse was also friendly and explained the problems very clearly not to mention the very happy friendly doctor on duty treated us like we were part of the family.nWe were very satisfied with the warm and friendly services at white cross lunn ave and would recommend them to friends and families.nWe sincerely,nThanks the teams at lunn ave white cross.nBest RegardsnMingnKeep up the good work

I went to the gp. I was asked to go and see a specialist at Greenlane hospital. After I seen the specialist my report was sent back to the Gp and I was called to come and get my report. I assumed this would fall under the follow up as I already paid 80$ and seen the gp. But no as I was told I need to pay another $80 just to get my report!!!!! White cross is making money and making people fool! Ile be chasing this and taking this matter forward!!!
