AA Vehicle Testing Glen Innes

Extremely disappointed with the pre-purchase service at this center. I left my vehicle for a check-up requested by potential buyers, and the report I received was alarming, listing urgent warnings about rust, hub play, alignment, the radiator, and an oil leak. My vehicle had just passed its WOF a week earlier and is well-maintained.nnI had these points checked by a reputable MTA garage in Hamilton, and most of the issues were not real: superficial rust only, no hub play, radiator and oil system were fine. This inaccurate report potentially cost me a sale. I do not recommend this service.

Very disappointed in the customer service recieved today. Waited 45 minutes - 2 cars behind me taken before me. Enquired as to how much longer I needed to wait. Brief acknowledgement and then a further 5 minute wait. Did not appear to be busy. Refund requested and granted. No apology given. Will seek WOF elsewhere

Due to COVID level 3 step 2 restriction. AA testing centre was very busy on Saturday. Expect long queue. Very pleasant experience. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Efficient, independent service. Not cheap - $85 for a WOF but at least you're not going to get taken for a ride with fictional work needed.nI'd like to think the extremely rude South African technician was just having a bad day.
