AA Vehicle Testing Glen Innes

Went here with my husband to get new number plates for our car and complete the WOF. The customer service was excellent – everyone was friendly, helpful, and efficient especially the lady in the front Sangeeta not sure if we got the spelling right but she was very good and got everything done. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend.

Arrived at 745am and there were 6 vehicles lined up before me....the Team processed vehicles quickly and I was back home by 9am...receptionist was busy but was still able to have a conversation while processing payment and sticker. First time visit, will go back again.

I brought it in a car I was selling for a pre pre purchase inspection. As a seller I am disappointed in how they treated the vehicle. While checking for rust around window frames the inspector has failed to put properly the rubber seal back on which has cause my door jam and not open. This made me anxious as my door suddenly stopped working even though it was fine before and I had to spend my personal time to try and fix someone’s negligence in the cover of darkness when I found the issue

Took my vehicle to a garage and failed a WOF. They said all my shocks were leaking and it would cost approximately $1400.00 to fix them. I found this unusual four shocks leaking at the same time especially since they have never been an issue on a vehicle that I get a WOF for every six months. I then took my vehicle to a shock absorber installation specialist in East Tamaki whom i know for a second opinion. They thoroughly tested and inspected my shocks and told me they were not faulty and should have passed a warrant, so I took my vehicle to the Glen Innes AA testing station where my vehicle passed a WOF inspection no issues at all.nConclusion if you want honest / neutral WOF Inspection go to the AA testing station Glen Innes as unlike some garages they have no financial interest in finding an issue?? .

One of the few testing stations in Auckland that still do motorbike WoF's, but do phone to check first. Service always good, helpful and friendly staff.
