RUDE STAFFnnI went for a blood test this morning and everything was fine until I entered the room. I politely asked the staff member her name sounded like Mala/Mela/Male, “Could you please use the smaller needle?”—something I always request.nnHer response was, “Don’t tell me how to do my job, I know what I’m doing.”nnI don’t understand how a simple, polite request for a smaller needle is considered telling her how to do her job. A simple “yes” or “ok” would have been enough.nnAs patients, we are already anxious about medical tests. Having to deal with unnecessarily rude behaviour only makes the experience more stressful and unpleasant.

Yesterday morning I went to this lab for blood test for the first time. The overall environment was clean and everything went pretty smoothly. The nurse was nice, but he didn’t seem very skilled. He tried my right arm first but couldn’t get any blood, so he had to switch to my left arm. Both times I felt a pretty strong tingling sensation. Now both of my arms are still sore and a bit red and swollen:-

Looks like im not the only one who got a bad and terrible experience in this lab. I got the my blood drawn few months back and after that i feel the stingy sensation for more than 3 weeks. Hope the management will notice their incompetence and get them on training or school.

Just great, extremely fast. Went there to do some blood tests. Door to door it was less than 15 minutes. Results coming later by email.

Long wait but relieve with the nurse, she so professional just one go. So happy with the service thanks Carla.
