Excellent service received Awanui Labs amount Wellington highway near Sylvia park. I didn’t even feel any pain when the nurse took my blood. She was very patient performing her best service to me. Very kind and welcoming. Elaine Corpuz is a skilled nurse and a customer service super star. If you have any fear for blood test please ask her at the counter. Went there for blood test twice. A Asian lady wearing a glassesher room is no4 did the blood test for me. I have very very small vessel which is really difficult to do it. Usually it was a nightmare for me to do blood testevery time when I doing blood test in somewhere, they try several times, lots of pain and stressful. BUT this ladysorry didn’t catch her name she is AMAZING. Just tried once and she did it. No pain at all!! I didn’t feel any pain! And she is so patient and kind. Thank you so much!!

They never pickup any phone call. If sample is incomplete or declined you will never know until you revisit your GP.nSuch a waste of time and money!!

Mele is amazing and made me feel so relaxed. I don’t like giving blood but Mele was brilliant - barely felt anything and done so quickly. If you are someone who is nervous to give blood, ask for Mele! Thank you for the wonderful service.

Very efficient when I visited on Sunday morning. I was there when they opened at 8am and there was a 30 min wait, but they work through the numbers as quickly as possible. Plenty of room and seating for everyone to wait inside.
