Just received a letter addressed to “The homeowner”. Lucky I opened it as I thought it was generic marketing rubbish. Turns out it is a Community Safety Notice advising us of potential major hazards and that we need to listen out for their siren in case it is sounding an alarm for the possibility of an explosion of “inert, flammable, toxic and oxidising gases” and shut our house up and prepare to evacuate.nnThis kind of notice requires a much more official envelope so that people actually take notice of it instead of throwing it in the bin or tenants putting it aside for the home owner as that is who it is addressed to. It should be addressed as “URGENT - RESIDENTS MUST READ”nnCan’t even read the map of where their location of hazardous substances are. Another corporation that doesn’t care about the people, just sends out a subpar letter to tick a box for regulationsnnI hate to think how many people have just thrown these envelopes in the bin and would have no clue what to do in the case of an emergency

Perhaps the most irresponsible dealer in NZ in his field.nI have bought 5 regulators from them, the last one was faulty head. I returned and explained never been used, they responded wearing and tearing. They offered to replace the nob but they would not replace it themselves even if I pay for it, as they knew very well it is faulty and even if I replace it , the chances that it will break is really high. Not only they lost a regular client , but for sure would ask everyone to avoid

Called in this morning for regulators, hoses, & various other items for my jewellery business. The assistance I received was outstanding. A really nice lady maybe Joshlin was very knowledgable about the products & provided extremely good advice.nThank you very much

Whoever is in charge of health and safety needs to be fired.
