Visited the store 4 / 6 / 25 around 11:30 am staff were very welcoming. FLO was outstanding with helping me with things i required for getting back in to work Informing me what stock she had an didnt have a big thumbs up Thank you.
Excellent customer service from Van at NZ Blackwoods Penrose store. Product I needed wasn't in stock in store, Van organize same day delivery from the warehouse and followed up with a call and text as soon as it arrived. 5 Stars!
Stopped into NZ Safety Blackwoods Penrose for product info and was met with uninterested staff. There was no effort to help. Disappointing experience from a company in the safety industry.
Bad customer service; super unmotivated staff who just stood behind the counter twiddling their thumbs waiting for the clock to run out so they could go home. Instead of trying to assist with the sale. Also don't seem to know anything about tools lol.nnOnly giving two stars cause the range is good. But wouldnt shop here anyway because NZ safety has a sterling reputation for being overpriced. Just like Placies
This shop was new to me. They stocked the item I was wanting so, everything went well. Checkout was very smooth. Job done. This shop certainly stocks a wide range of Industrial Safety Equipment, along with a great selection of ancillary equipment. In some way this is like a one stop shop.
