White Cross - Otahuhu Urgent Care Clinic

I was on holiday in New Zealand and ended up breaking my foot and ankle and was referred to this clinic to be seen. I was booked in, triaged, had x-rays, seen by the doctor and fitted with a boot all in less than 2 hours. Fantastic service, thank you to all the brilliant staff who work here

I struggled to get an appointment with my gp for over a month and was fed up. Turned up at White Cross and experienced a service from the reception, nurse and doctor which was 100 x better than I have had with my GP in years. I would definitely recommend and return if needed. Needless to say, I will be changing GPs

I wish I could give 0 stars.. 13thJune 2024, started calling Otahuhu from 10.30am no pick up, rang Otara, Epsom, 3 other Whitecross clinics NOBODY IS PICKING UP THE DAM PHONE, IM STILL ON HOLD NOW.nI'm calling for my elderly father to make an appointment for tomorrow, I'm glad it's me waiting and not my poor father, this is disgusting service from White Cross Clinics AUCKLAND, Just imagine all the other elderly patients or parents with sick children. Almost midday and still on hold waiting for a lazy receptionist to pick up the bloody phone. WHITECROSS MANAGEMENT YOU NEED TO READ PATIENTS REVIEWS ..now I can see why AE get busy at local hospitals..I'm so glad I'm with One Care Health they are awesome..they answer phone within 5mins if busy..THIS IS PATHETIC ITS 2024 NOT 1901..to all the ignorant receptionist who work at Whitecross..learn to respect your patients they pay your dam wages..after midday still on hold waiting for a clown to answer the phone.nDONT GO WHITECROSS they don't care at all

Not a very nice experience the nurse was rude and looked she didn't want to serve us, we waited for 2hours and they told us to wait another 2 hours when everyone had left who came after us.
