Had gone here to interpret and the staff speaking to the refugees was very elaborative with the important things needed for them to settle into life in Aotearoa New Zealand.nnFacility is also well maintained and clean environment. Good helpful and friendly staff to assist.

I called them more than once and they did not answer my calls. When I went to them, no one met me. I need a little help, but they do not listen to me

I arrived here from the Middle East in 2015. This place was my first home in NZ and my time there was crucial. The staff are extremely kind and welcoming. And the best thing about the camp is that it's not filled with just one or two nationalities, but rather very diverse.

Was there for work purposes, but from what I saw it looked nice
