It's exactly what you need and pay for. Professional good sort docs who talk in real terms. Seen on priority not first in basis which is sweet az by me.nNo appt necessary. Casual $85, registered $45. The nurses run you thru the height weight blood pressure temperature checks then you see the doc pretty much straight after that. Don't go if you don't wanna check your weight or height .n Recommendation from Reception to Clinical Staff, hard !!!!

Apart from the wait times which is an issue everywhere this will always be the best urgent care/family doctors centre for me+my family. the girls at the front desk are always super helpful. there are many great doctors who work here, specifically dr.halo, emily cole, KB + jonathan, some who often deal with urgent care walk ins, they're always swamped but have never felt like they rush us during appts, they always make you feel listened to, and cared for. also, the nurses here are superb, they triage patients accordingly and have a way with making my kids feel happy esp when it comes to checking obs, which can be scary for the little ones. Thank you Middlemore Doctors for your wonderful service.

Very disappointing. Got an email today stating over due payment which needs to be paid otherwise goes to debt collectors. Firstly upon asking on the day my son was seen, we were told, no need to pay, bought medication from the pharmacy and again told its free. Suddenly after 3 months we received this email of over due payment??? Never ever got any initial emails from them on the due payment!!! Would have given zero rating if it was possible.

Came in @ 11 am on 19/09/23 to get dosage adjust on my medicine and medical certificate ,reception desk operator unsure on medical certificate issuing process , gives me a 0800 number to call.Called number provided and after 20 mins on hold got advised I will need to see the doctor for process ,standing next to the receptionist I advised her and she was surprised with the answer .nI was asked to pay $25.00 fee to prioritise my visit to Urgent care .Payment made around midday ,nurse checked me at 12:20 pm.nI was called in by the doctor at 18:30pm.nIt was a 3 min interview.nThis is unacceptable service by the reception team .

Dr Lani and Dr Richard Chen did great with assessing and managing my health concerns. Definitely this new management has improved way better. Calls are also answered within 15mins, much better than past wait times. Well done TD Middlemore.
