Very disappointing experience – I would not returnnnI attended this clinic at approximately 7:45 pm today while experiencing significant pain following surgery earlier that morning. I am a registered patient with this clinic, so I was particularly disappointed with how my situation was handled.nnThe first response I received from the receptionist was that the clinic was closing in approximately 10 minutes. I explained that I was in considerable pain following surgery, but I was not seen by the doctor who was on duty at the time.nnI understand that medical practices have operating hours and that staff may be working towards closing. However, from my perspective, I expected my situation to at least be assessed or for me to be given appropriate advice about what to do given the level of pain I was experiencing.nnI was also very disappointed with the manner in which the interaction with the receptionist took place. I felt that the focus was on the clinic closing rather than on understanding my situation as a patient. I believe the communication could have been handled with considerably more professionalism, empathy and courtesy.nnIf patients are not able to be seen after 7:45 pm, I would suggest that the clinic consider making its closing arrangements clearer so patients are not left with the expectation that assistance may be available until 8:00 pm.nnBased on this experience, I have decided to look for another medical practice for myself and my family. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and considers reviewing both its approach to patients who arrive in significant pain close to closing time and the way reception staff communicate with patients.

I visited Urgent Care at The Doctors yesterday after twisting my ankle, and I was very impressed with the care I received.nFrom the moment I arrived, everyone was kind, professional, and compassionate. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful, the nurse made me feel comfortable, the radiographer who took my X-ray was friendly and explained everything clearly, and the doctor was thorough, reassuring, and took the time to answer all my questions.nEven though it was a busy environment, I felt well looked after throughout my visit. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent care and professionalism. Your kindness made a difficult and painful experience much easier. I truly appreciate everything you did.

The X-ray service is very convenient and the lovely nurse Jess made getting an X-ray a lovely experience for my wife. The X-ray referral that was initially done for my wife was not funded. However, she was able to give my GP a call to make sure that the xray could be funded and my wife did not have to pay for the xray. As a retiree this truly meant a lot to my wife and I. I couldn’t have asked for a better service by such a bubbly person.

Medical Student Samara examined and interviewed me during my visit to Middlemore Doctors today. She was very thorough in her assessment, asking relevant and detailed questions about the symptoms that can be associated with flu and fever.nSamara carefully reviewed my medical history and existing health conditions. She also checked my heart rate, pulse, and other symptoms to ensure a comprehensive evaluation.nI was impressed by her professionalism, attention to detail, and caring approach. I wish Samara every success in her future career and all the very best in her medical profession.

The Admin staff lady her name us Nia if I am not wrong, was discussing an issue of being 5 mins late and doctor had already marked my appointmentdid not attend and I tried to talk to that admin lady and I asked her if in case I could have come at exact time ,it would have taken me at least for 5-7 mins and still 7 mins left from 15 min s appointment, that administration lady showed too much arrogant and while I was talking to her nicely and very politely, she just walked away .. it was very unprofessional and rude and its humiliating as well while.trying to talk and she walk away.nI felt like bcz I belong to some other ethnicity and she did it intentionally. Its was definitely racism at its highest
