DH Supermarket

Very bad customer service. The lady with specs is not paying attention to what she is doing and then blaming me that am stealing milk. Even if she has not seen milk she should know how to speak to customers. And she is busy talking to other girls. I felt like I came here to steal milk. All other girls are nice and know how to speak to customers. And I have not even picked my stuff and she started mixing other customers stuff with mine.i felt so bad and harassed today in front of all others.

Absolutely did not like the checkout service here today.nIt was raining and we waited for the red small basket than did our shopping. When we went to the checkout to cash our things the other customer was asking for the basket. We told them politely that we will be taking it till our car since we had full basket if things.nnThe cashier started to argue saying we are not allowed to take the basket outside whereas we do shopping every week and we always take the basket out since its always full. She was so unprofessional saying I'm just doing my job telling u not to take the trolley outside.nShe told us to grab the big trolley outside but those were unavailable when we entered the shop. Those trolleys also needs a coin to be inserted to release the trolley and most people do not carry cash.nnIt isn't the customers fault that u guys don't have enough baskets or trolleys but being harrassed in front of other customers is just u losing ur customers. The checkout ladys name shows Raj but I'm pretty sure she was using someone elses log in. She did not even smile neither greeted us at first. Learn to do ur job well and welcoming first than showing frustration on customers. Very unprofessional

I am very upset with the service we went to DH kolmar before a dhanteras and the lady name was Aman as her service is ridiculous as we went around closing time but they didn’t closed the door and we were inside the shop but she want to finish her shift thats why she was so rude with us but we are spending lots of money and we dnt expect this type of service at all as we are with DH from long time we usually go to flatbush as there service is on top the veerji is so good in service but kolmar service is not atll good

Please make sure to take receipt and check the items. We got charged twice. First I thought it was by mistake but gone through reviews it is keep happening with the customers. Even their contact number is not working. These stars are only for the lady who has done the refund and apologised. So you need to fix this please it is inconvenient for the customers who trust you and coming for the shopping to support you.
