Please train your staff before they work on checkouts, this has been now multiple times when they overcharge, they don't even feel sorry, please train them customer service skills competent to NZ market, I have to go back now 5th time to get my money back. She was talking over phone, ear phones plugged in, no sense of customer care, like someone over phone was more important than a job, we as a big family sped 10k a year easily, please train them on customer values. I hope some one well experienced get my message and understand the inconvenience of going back to shop multiple times.

If I have I have a option to give you the zero star I’d give you the zero star from this actually she was said like this bag is free and I just asked can you please give me one small one and she was so readily behaved with me and she were not smiling on cashier counter so I don’t think so cashier counter need like this kind of person to work Not how to behave the Customer please change your staff I read the reviews as well and everyone say same thing please everyone if you don’t like anyone service in the whole New Zealand please give the review because review is the most important things for everybody’s

Please make sure to take receipt and check the items. We got charged twice. First I thought it was by mistake but gone through reviews it is keep happening with the customers. Even their contact number is not working. These stars are only for the lady who has done the refund and apologised. So you need to fix this please it is inconvenient for the customers who trust you and coming for the shopping to support you.

I been store twice from past 3 weeks. First time they charge me for eggs twice and today the lady over the counter in red jacket charge me for the item which I didn’t even buy. I am not live locally so can’t come back for $8-$10 things. But for sure I will not come back again , not sure you guys doing it intentionally or not but you are loosing you costumers.
