Please train your staff before they work on checkouts, this has been now multiple times when they overcharge, they don't even feel sorry, please train them customer service skills competent to NZ market, I have to go back now 5th time to get my money back. She was talking over phone, ear phones plugged in, no sense of customer care, like someone over phone was more important than a job, we as a big family sped 10k a year easily, please train them on customer values. I hope some one well experienced get my message and understand the inconvenience of going back to shop multiple times.

Counter lady charge me twice for one item.nRipping off customers.nOver $35 dollars, lucky to get my money back. No sorry from staff.nI bought 1 x face cream charge for 2.n1 x garlic charge for 3 etcnPlease check your receipt carefully

Visited store earlier today been visiting store for almost 6 years the lady in counter with specs doesn’t know how to talk with customer or do customer service. She put the sign of till close when I came to counter which was fine I moved to another counter but then she start serving another customer behind me which was so rude. So, then the guy came from back to serve me then I told him that I felt humiliated with that behaviour then she started to talk in her own language was getting rude and aggressive where I told her that I am not talking to her she was getting more aggressive towards me. Worst experience ever business should consider while hiring such people as it’s gonna affect the customers.

I been store twice from past 3 weeks. First time they charge me for eggs twice and today the lady over the counter in red jacket charge me for the item which I didn’t even buy. I am not live locally so can’t come back for $8-$10 things. But for sure I will not come back again , not sure you guys doing it intentionally or not but you are loosing you costumers.

12 days expired yoghurt and they refuse to change it even with the receipt which was just bought yesterday. Customer service is really rubbish they talk in their own language were they think other customers don’t understand.
