Misleading Pricing & Arrogant StaffnnVisited DH Supermarket Kolmar Rd and found a shelf ticket showing $5.99 for Royal Punjab Phool Makhana. The entire row was stocked with the same product under that price tag. However, at checkout it scanned at $7.99.nnWhen we politely raised the issue, instead of resolving it professionally, the staff, duty manager, and owner were rude and dismissive. We were told, “Tusi $2 pichhe kyon paaye ho?” which was completely inappropriate.nnThe staff also insisted that customers should check and match the barcode on the shelf ticket themselves. Realistically, who has time to compare barcodes on every item while shopping? Customers rely on stores to ensure shelf pricing is accurate and clearly displayed.nnDue to the misleading pricing and poor customer service, we chose not to purchase the item and left the store. Very disappointing experience.

The shopping experience was good overall, and always happy with the products and store. However, the lady at the billing counter was quite rude and appeared unhappy all the time from what’s she doing which affected the overall customer experience. I hope customer service at the checkout can be improved, as the rest of the shopping experience was pleasant. Sometimes it’s like fingers crossed “save me” going to billing now

I had a disappointing experience at DH Papatoetoe. For a small plastic bag for my groceries, the checkout staff member wears glasses behaved rudely and didn’t even say sorry. Even I asked you can put ginger in other bag but still she argued.It felt quite disrespectful. Thankfully, another staff member wearing a blue top stepped in and apologised, which I appreciated. Still, the overall experience was not pleasant, and I hope the store improves its customer service. Just for 10 cents bag she insulted me in front of other customers

Very rude staff, no work ethics. Yawning on my face without covering it and putting away things after scanning like throwing. Specially the lady on checkout, you just don’t want to go back. Special prices doesn’t matter when staff is unprofessional and slowly that will become reason of no customers there.

I had a very bad experience with a checkout lady today. I lost my bill and the item was actually for someone else. My mum told me to take a picture of the price tag so we could remember the price when I tried to take a picture the checkout lady told me not to take photos of the price tag. I immediately said sorry but she repeated the same sentence about 5–6 times in front of many customers.nI felt really embarrassed and her tone seemed quite rude.nP.S. Is there any specific reason why customers are not allowed to take pictures of price tags?
