12 days expired yoghurt and they refuse to change it even with the receipt which was just bought yesterday. Customer service is really rubbish they talk in their own language were they think other customers don’t understand.

Very poor customer service. The girls in the checkout have an attitude doesn’t even know the policies of customer service . They are throwing the products while doing checkout. Dude we are paying for that. Don’t have manners. Can’t even provide a single piece of paper bag for the veggies. The girls they don’t even respect customer. Always very grumpy and rude. Can’t speak in a well manner at all. DH Süpermarket should teach their staff manners and company protocols. You guys don’t even deserve the one star.

Very bad customer service. Not able to provide proper substitute for bags for fruits and vegetables and in order to make more money are selling bags at an expensive rate. Customer can use bags for herbs and spice but can use the same bag for the fruits and vegetables. If government has banned bag’s shouldn’t those bags be banned as well. As per the law The manufacture, sale or distribution of single-use plastic produce bags, and plastic plates, bowls and cutlery is banned, but the bags used in dh can’t be used for fruits and vegetables. What sort of law is dh supermarket following when bags are banned.

All the staff should be fired here as they clearly have no idea about customer service. It’s fine if you don’t greet the customers but don’t be rude or arrogant. Also when was the last time this store was clean? it looks and smell atrocious. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Very Bad customer service fom your customer representative AMAN. She doesnot know how to speak with customer very rude and loud like she is growling on customer. Miss Aman your way of talking towards your customer is more important than your look so next time keep your voice low and polite.
