Poor service, have rung multiple times and no answer for the service department, left a message with no reply. Even operator doesn't pick up. Last year was the same!

Poor Service and customer service, multiple follows ups to find out status of vehicle. Left new Sales enquiry and no response.

At best the service level is poor. Items not checked at all even after advising what needs to be checked!!, not serviced properly and parts not even put back onto the vehicle after the service!nSome items that should be covered under warranty are not being put through under warranty unless challenged. They charge the client for it as I'm guessing most will likely just pay and not realise the warranty should have covered some of it. The accounts are not well itemized so easy for stuff to be hidden. Vehicle is not reliable as other makes I have driven and has high wear and tear on tyres. Overall not a great experience and have advised them of this, however they didn't seem overly surprised on my comments. Have spoken with other Iveco drivers of trucks and vans and have had similar experience, one leaves his tow hook permanently attached!
