The staff have been kind to my Dad, always friendly and helpful,the food provided is plenty and nutritious. The physiotherapist and event staff are very helpful, it's clean.

My family love this place. The registered nurses, caregivers and staff are very helpful, friendly and fun. My dad came in 01/06/22 and he is still here.

My Aunty is very sick and has been in this rest home for a couple of years now. I can't prase the staff enough. Their kindness and caring of her is amazing. She is always clean and warm. She is unable to speak now but they understand most of the time what she needs or wants. It is a very sad situation and one we never thought would happen to our family as there is no history of dementia. My Aunty is well loved even if we don't get to see her much these days. It is very comforting to my family that she is well looked after and somewhere we feel is safe. Well done Bupa Hayman Care Home...thank you xx

I could’ve given Negative 1 star for this place.nDon’t take your relatives here, heartless staffs no words for this place!!! Made a formal complaint, took them 2 weeks to reply back to me ridiculous.

My husband has been in care for 4 years and nothing but great care the nurses are very good and friendly
