When I was a boy I wanted to drive a CAT bulldozer. When it came time to get my wheels tracks and rollers licences I wanted to get hhem on CAT gear.nAfter a bit of negotiating CAT sent a trainer to Auckland. I thought it'd be a group, no, just me. A dream came true.nnSo needless to say, if you want a machine CAT CAT CAT CAT nnAnother dream is to visit the Home of CAT. One day!nnI do do some work at CAT Auckland, they're a great, friendly and helpful team. They've always treated me right. You won't go wrong. Buy CAT.

We bought a CAT digger for $36K on payments over 3x years last year. We decided to pay it off early but cannot afford to due to them adding a penalty of $9k for early pay off. Shouldn't we be rewarded for paying it off early? Not penalised?

Went there on work related issues. Due to Level 3 I had to ring through to get the door opened. The phone was answered in Christchurch by a lovely lady who did her job in a Very Professional manner. Very impressed by the staff who came to the door. Staff like this are hard to find sometimes and I think Terra Cat may have cornered the market.

I called twice to get my truck engine a top tune, and twice they said they will get back to me as soon as they can but I never heard back from them. I would not recommend these guys, just getting them to respond is terrible. Unreliable!

I was buying a used loader through terra cat, I had the machine apparently held for me awaiting an invoice. One week later, no contact and the loader is sold to someone else. Quite frustrating given I spent time and money on a pre purchase inspection only to have them say sorry its now sold. Get your systems sorted.
