I regularly shop here and the owner is always professional, welcoming, and easy to recognize he often wears earrings and is very approachable. Unfortunately, one of the employees, a tall and skinny man with bearded, has behaved in ways that make female customers feel uncomfortable. This has happened more than once, and it feels unprofessional. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously, because the shop itself is otherwise excellent.

unprofessional staff, they treat customers with disrespect. staff makes female customers uncomfortable and unsettling. we will never ever buy from this shop again until they change the staff. it is sad that owner is not taking action against the unprofessional staff after reading string of bad reviews.

I have been coming to this place for a while now and it is awesome. The variety of items available are huge. I have tried keeping the meats for over a day and there have been no issues. Much more marinations available than what is at the competitor.nThe prices are competitive.nFor lamb mince there is bit more fat than I would like. So won’t get that.nRecently have spotted marinated paneer as well and that is just too good.nThere is selection of spices also available.nThe wild west marination is to die for.nYou can get spicy and mild sausages both in chicken and lamb.nI would suggest to put either best before or use by date on the meat.nThe staff are helpful. Of course if it is busy then it may take some time but I was i and out in no time.nThere is parking at the rear side so no issues there.

Poor quality and hygiene practices, coupled with an arrogance & no sense of dealing with customer complaints.nI guess if they do not value customers it becomes our responsibility to look for alternatives or business who really care about customers & value their feedback.n####Concerns – the Achari chicken was smelly, surely anyone can tell that’s off, but they failed to acknowledge our feedback or concerns instead brushed it off like it never happened.

I wouldn't recommend this place and I have informed the staff I am not coming back again.nGroup of bullies treating people with disrespect as if people were idiots .nI asked for 500 g of minced lamb this morning, the staff intentionally pulled 740g into the bag and yet asked if that's okay? 500g to 740g didn't sound very okay to me.nI canceled the rest of the orders and spoken to the in charge.nShould you wish to get rid of your stock then don't it this way ,it's a very old technique and has been exposed all over the Bucher shops in Auckland.nTry it yourself and check that out ,they will never stop repeating such a shameful act.nVery shameful treatment, highly not recommended
