AA Centre - Manukau

I recently visited this licensing agent to renew my license, and I must say, the experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, there were no clear instructions on how to proceed with the forms. When I asked for guidance, the staff member who assisted me failed to mention that I needed to join a specific queue. Consequently, I wasted a significant amount of time in the wrong queue. After waiting for half an hour, I was informed at the counter that I needed to rejoin another queue. This lack of organization and poor communication led to an incredibly frustrating and inefficient experience. The service was, frankly, rubbish.

I came into the AA Manukau Center to cancel my existing policy and upgrade to a better one for my newly purchased car. Instead of offering any help, the staff treated me like I was there to make a huge claim and acted like I was a burden.nnThey were rude, dismissive, and didn’t bother to listen. One of them just threw a name card at me and told me to call customer service. No explanation, no effort to assist — nothing.nnIf this is how AA treats customers who come in for genuine support, I have no confidence in how they’d handle an actual issue. Very disappointed. I won’t be back.

Tip: Go to VTNZ!!nnYeah don’t come to the AA centre manukau if you’re a uni student. They don’t take UOA student IDs. I wasn’t informed properly about this until the 2nd time out three visits. I don’t think they explain what documents I needed to bring properly until the third visit - it’s already frustrating enough to be honest to go back multiples times and still not be able to do the test. Long story short I went to VTNZ, all those additional documents I needed to bring for the AA centre like the referee form plus bank statements. the VTNZ said they could accept my student ID that the Manukau AA centre couldn't accept. point- go to VTNZ, its way better, better service, simple directions, quick and easy — i got to do my test at VTNZ. i think the process that i went through at the AA centre was so complicated for no reason. if i could give the AA centre zero stars i wish i would- so they get a one. cheers.

This staff member was working with an unpleasant attitude, and I had to line up again to wait for another staff member to assist me. I suggest AA review this employee’s work attitude.

I been to AA manukau to renew my driving license and there was a long queue.nWhen It was my turn I was served by such a lovely lady sukh brar.nShe made the process very simple and fast with her lovely smile and kind behaviour.nIt was such a good experience.nKeep up the good work guys .
