Summerset by the Park Retirement Village

My father recently moved into Summerset By The Park.nnHe is extremely happy with the care he is receiving.nThe staff are extremely professional and attentive to my fathers needs. They are genuinely great people, who give my father the best experience. Summerset By The Park has exceeded my expectations.nnI also want to add that the Management of the department and facility have been extremely helpful and patient as we navigated Dad's relocation. They are always available, always friendly, and have been fantastic stewards to our family.nnThank you.

Been to here to see my family friend’s grand father who lives in Summerset care center. All staff were really welcoming and his room&family room were clean. Everything seems well organized. I wish my grands can get a change to go in, once they need a care.nnOne more thing, It was happy to see the multi cultural staff in there, as an asian myself.

Summerset is a lovely place to live. Nice facility with beautiful gardens. Clinical team are doing great job and provide prompt care. Its also a good place for socialization with lots of activities everyday.

My parents have been here for seven years. They are very happy here and have made some wonderful friends. It is a very social village with lots of activities and happy hours.nMy sister died of cancer four years ago and we had her staying at the Care Centre upstairs, for hospice care so she was close to my parents and could visit. The nursing staff were excellent and very compassionate and thoughtful towards her and our family. They really cared.nWe have also just celebrated my father's surprise 90th birthday last Sunday, and were allowed to use one of the main rooms. All the facilities were excellent and it was a fabulous place to have held it. A wonderful view over the park, where you can sit out on the balcony and just enjoy. It is really like a resort.nGardening has been a bit tired at times with lack of staff but seems to have picked up now.nA fabulous place to stay; am considering staying there myself, but my age entry is getting a bit hard now, since it is now 70 years before you can enter.
