Flatbush Holiday Accommodation

Homestay, in a Townhouse with other guests. Well equipped and modern. Very good pricing for a family of 4. It was our 2nd stay. Much better sleep than in a hotel. Keep in mind you need a car in order to get to CBD and food outlets. Will stay here again.

Unfortunately I was misinformed by the accommodation during the booking payment as well as being given misinformation about the breakfast offerings which resulted in a financial cost to me.nHowever, if that doesn’t happen to you the room was spacious and the venue extremely quiet which was nice. The neighbourhood is suburban so not a lot to see/do but comfortable.

Set in a crowdy Street the room was in the first floor unfortunately a terrible night lat night, too noisy you can even hear the sound from upper floor when people showing or toiletmy family couldn't sleep the whole nightso bad

Highly recommend for a sports team. Our volleyball team stayed in the 7 bedroom house. Great facilities, lots of bathrooms and very modern. Host was very accomodating. Only downside is parking, we could fit one van in the driveway and the surrounding streets are full of vehicles.

Highly recommended place to stay in Auckland if you are driving. Lovely new neighborhood. Stayed 3BR apartment with en suite toilet in each bedroom + 1 common wc. With 5 adult and 1 kid, the plenty of toilet ia a blessing. Fully equipped kitchen. Well maintained place, near Botany Shopping Centre. We will stay here again in a hearbeat. Our best stay in NZ.
