Can confirm the complaint mentioned in another review. Hot wash option is using cold water Scam and phone numbers are not attended. No website. Money gone is gone.

Disappointed with the quality & price.nNeeded a hot wash but the water is cold.nTried calling the phone numbers on the wall above the machines but no response.n1. Large Machine#7 is set for hot wash but the water is cold. Both, main-wash & rinsing, was done with cold water. Spent $10.00n2. Jumbo Machine#3 is also set on hot wash but water is hardly even warm. Main-wash water was a bit warm but the rinsing water was totally cold. Spent $8.00n**After the wash, the clothes were ice cold when I removed them from the washer**nn!! Wouldn’t recommend wasting money for warm or hot wash as it just going to end up expensive cold washing !!nnAlso used Jumbo Dryer#15 for 48mins on high heat, but some clothes still not dried properly. Spent $18.00nnSpent $36.00 in total for washing & drying. Overall results not satisfactory.

Super expensive and bad dryers! Paid just over $50 for my washing and it was was still damp when it came out. One dryer the clothes still came out cold even though it was set to hot! Don’t recommend this place, better off going to a pick/up drop off place

Probably one of the best Laundromats I've been too.nMachines are nice and clean with eftpos capabilities. For those that don't have cash.nHours of operation are amazing for those workers, parents with last minute uniform washes and rainy days.nThe owner/staff there are the real selling point.nThey're helpful and always smiling. Always up for a chat and just so welcoming.n$$$ wise is not an issue only because the place and service is absolute quality and worth it.nHighly recommended

Does the job BUT the machines are ALWAYS full unless your there from 6am-9am. Not enough Jumbo machines, both washing machine and drier. Probably only a $1 difference between sizes. Have had drier number 15 not dry our clothes, had to experience this 2 times, fairly great gaps between each use. Sometimes it dries, sometimes it doesn't, got refunded for one service but have had no response from my constant outreach for the second service failure. Haven't been there ONCE where the powder dispensers aren’t FULL of hard rock washing powder, its bullocks. Cleanliness for toilet is below 1 star, smells of urine all the time, no paper towels, no toilet paper. Washing room is quite essential for these places but I refuse to use this one.
