HIPPO Playground & Cafe

NOT a space for younger kids/toddlers! The under 5s area is TINY! Although they are allowed in the over 5s area this is an unsafe setup as the big kids tend to play rough which in all fairness is there space so safer to choose elsewhere.nTo add on this the equipment is very old and unkept. Would not recommend this space!

Must Must visit... Your kids would love the place. They have got an exciting new food menu as well as the ambience of Cafe is amazing....

Went in on a Saturday afternoon. It was extremely overcrowded which resulted in having insufficient staff numbers to manage the rules like big kids in the baby area, babies in the big kids area, multiple spills all over the place becoming health & safety hazards even though they were cleaned up as soon as staff became aware. Additionally there are no outside food rules yet I saw multiple parents pulling food from their bags. On the other hand, staff were helpful without being asked, the toilets are unisex but clean and the parents room is big enough for the twins pram! They also have QR codes at each table so you can order and pay online and they know what table your at so they can bring it to you!

Awesome place for the kids to burn off some energy! Something for all ages. Great helpful staff and they’re actively supervising the play areas which is good to see. I grabbed a coffee from the cafe and it was surprisingly good, the cafe is actually lovely and a nice place for parents to catch up. Looking forward to coming back soon!
