AMMA is a fantastic place to train! Coach Hamish, Van and Ryan are very knowledgeable and make a great effort to accommodate all skill levels!nGreat gym environment, cannot recommend it enough.

Auckland MMA have the most incredible staff and members .nThe culture demands that you will learn and you will be safe. You will be encouraged to improve at every level. Everyone is made welcome and is respected, regardless of age, and experience.nThe fundamental classes attract very experienced members who know the value of the basics - this is both exciting and terrifying when you have no bloody clue which is your right and left and at times can’t differentiate between your foot and your hand. Every week I feel sorry for the poor person who gets buddied up with me - they never complain and always encourage. It is incredibly motivating.nIf you are in your 6th decade like me, value your time and money , value your fitness, agility and cognition and want to learn a new sport that demands focus , practice, and technique then please get along so I am not only uncoordinated person in the room . You will be safe , treated with respect and have fun. You will be a better you.

Best place to train by far!!nVan & Hamish have created an awesome atmosphere at the Gym. Really accommodating with what level you are at & what you want to learn.nGreat environment for the Kids also. The kids program is solid!!
