Really nice daycare, teachers are lovely and welcoming. Our son has been going here for about 3 months and has had the best support. He really enjoys going. Highly recommend

I had a very disappointing experience visiting this daycare. From the beginning, the communication was inconsistent — I was told we’d be placed on a waiting list, but later told there wasn’t really a list. It felt like we were constantly being given excuses. Despite being told we’d receive an email follow-up, it’s been over 5 weeks and we’ve heard nothing.nnWhat was even more upsetting was the tone and attitude during our visit. The owner came across as dismissive and made us feel very unwelcome. Unfortunately, we felt that the treatment we received was racially biased. No family should have to experience this when simply seeking care for their children.nnI wouldn’t recommend this daycare based on our experience. Respect, clear communication, and fairness should be a basic standard in any early childhood environment — sadly, this place fell far short.

Such a lovely place for children! My son started at Lighthouse as his first daycare and comes home every day with a smile on his face, looking at ease and well cared for. Staff are caring and the owners are genuinely involved, always happy to hear feedback and support families and staff the best way they can.

This is such a great daycare centre. All four of my children attended, the first from 18mths old and the rest followed suit until they went to school. The owners are lovely local ladies and all of their staff are genuine and friendly and have the kids best interests at heart. The centre has its own cook and kitchen which is great as the kids often help to bake goodies. There’s heaps of space inside and out and the best part is the off the road drive through under cover drop off area! Honestly that in itself is a life saver on a wet day with multiple kids to get in and out of the car! Highly recommend

Both my daughters have attended, and it's fantastic to have the peace of mind that they are loved, cared for and safe when we dropped them off each morning. Recommended.
