Awanui Labs - Howick (formerly Labtests)

I had Andrea do my bloods and she is excellent. She took on board when I told her where the best place was to take blood instead of trying to find a vein herself. I know they have the qualifications but when you are someone who has blood tests every 6 months it just saves the frustration for both parties since you know your body and I think they appreciate it as well. I know Andrea did. Thank you Andrea for not making it a stressful situation for me I hope there are many more nurses out there like her

There were about 40 waiting at the Botany branch yesterday so instead I went to the Howick this morning and was seen straight away!! It was worth the slightly further drive, and no battle to get onto a busy road Botany afterwards. Not a criticism of the staff by any means as they were very oatient , but there is obviously a need for more branches.

Very friendly and fast service didn't wait long at all... but they have lost my bloods twice which is a waste of my time and in one case i had to pay money for a scan and blood test to be done on the same day all for my blood test to be lost so waste of my money as well because my scan was pointless without my bloods that day

Such a quick friendly service. Highly recommend this labtests have been coming here for years. Staff make you feel comfortable, especially those who don’t like blood tests!! Staff are amazing.

Best service I’ve had for getting tests. Efficient. I was in and out of the building in less than 90 seconds. Go during off peak hours though as the place can get busy.
