Andrea is very professional, extremely patient with patients, and very friendly. The entire experience was great. We are delighted to meet such a wonderful person who made our day joyful.

There was a nurse who didn’t seem to have enough experience. She inserted the needle incorrectly, and when the blood didn’t collect, she said, “Why is this happening?” On top of that, she was unfriendly.nAlso, she didn't double-check my date of birth and name when normally others do.

We were looked after by Andrea who was amazing. She was kind, patient and very gentle with my kids. She made us feel relaxed and respected. We really appreciate her professionalism and caring nature, plus the wait time was near to nil.

I had Andrea do my bloods and she is excellent. She took on board when I told her where the best place was to take blood instead of trying to find a vein herself. I know they have the qualifications but when you are someone who has blood tests every 6 months it just saves the frustration for both parties since you know your body and I think they appreciate it as well. I know Andrea did. Thank you Andrea for not making it a stressful situation for me I hope there are many more nurses out there like her

The staff are very friendly, approachable and the person who took blood samples for me is delightful and makes me feel at ease, and the other lady who’s a Filipina is accomodating, helpful and helped me to print out my request form. It was fast and really a wonderful experience. Thank you
