Amazing service and friendly staff. Had my son booked in with Jackie for behavioral eye exam and she was fantastic with him. Would definitely recommend if your children require this as she was caring and went the extra mile.

Came here today for my very first eye-check with this clinic - Jenna was absolutely amazing throughout my eye examination and was very thorough when explaining my eye results. She was an absolutely joyful soul and extremely helpful when discussing frame options. The receptionist lady I've unfortunately forgotten her name was just as incredible, very pleasant lady that made me feel very welcome. Stellar service from the both of them. I look forward to my next visit, if you need an optometry service, look to this place, the team is fantastic

I walked in and asked if I could fix my glasses which was missing a screw and hinge was a little twisted. I was greeted with a lovely smile from a pretty long blonde haired lady sorry should of asked her name who fixed my glasses at no charge. Thank you very much- highly recommended - excellent customer service.

Kristine was very kind, thorough and knowledgeable!! She picked up on things all my other eye tests had missed, very grateful for her examination-- Chrizelda and Alayna were also so amazing in helping me pick frames that suited me within budget. Overall the team is so lovely, amazing experience.

This was my first visit to Eyes of Howick and the experience was amazing. Jacqui was professional and incredibly knowledgeable. She has an excellent rapport with her patients and made me feel comfortable and relaxed through the entire procedure.
