Local Doctors - Glen Innes

Waited over 2.5 hrs, when i was talking to the doctor, he was rushing. When i tried to ask about another concern, i was told “we’re out of time. If you want you can book another appointment”. Told him i was waiting for 2.5 hrs and that’s what i get. Told me “but there are other patients”. I get they, but i waited too. I deserve to get checked properly and not rushed.nWorst is. The doc doesn’t even have a solution to my medical issue.

I just went here because of the emergency after hours clinic as I was experiencing shortness of breath from Asthma and need an inhaler. The receptionist turned me away and said “sorry the doctors can’t see anyone else”.nnThe people in the waiting area weren’t in any pain and I was struggling to breathe and catch my breath. Absolutely useless reception staff who can’t tell if someone is in trouble.nnUntrained staff is how medical accidents happen. Local doctors you need to do better

Went here today, reception said there is only one doctor available after 5pm and I could not been seen. Should make people aware on the website about this. Not really happy with this as I rushed in after work.

Our local doctor for family’s healthcare. One of the local doctors is a Filipino who cares so much with passion hence why all the patients would prefer to see her. Accessible, receptionists are quick, nurses are attentive to their patient’s needs.

Just want to get an ACC referral on a quite saturday not many people waited 2 hours, honestly un accpetable. How do you see anuone and get anything done around here?
