Local Doctors - Glen Innes

Our local doctor for family’s healthcare. One of the local doctors is a Filipino who cares so much with passion hence why all the patients would prefer to see her. Accessible, receptionists are quick, nurses are attentive to their patient’s needs.

I am very disappointed with the service. The doctor is extremely slow and the staff do not seem to work efficiently. The overall experience was not good at all.

Glen Innes doctors have the best doctors and nurses! I have always loved going to them whenever I have need. My children have grown up with them as well! Great work Glen Innes doctors!!!

Small but a great place for a regular health issues. Staff is very warm and hospitable. The only can be challenging is that they do not have advance appointment booking option but you have to visit the center and book the appointment. And you might have to wait for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on number of patients and number of doctors on duty.nBut one thing is good is they do consider emergency cases and give them priority if needed.

I have been going to this place for 15 yrs and have seen how the service is deteriorating. The staff are unfriendly and not professional. Toilets are dirty. Most importantly it's become a place that milk money from patience not a place of service. Their waiting time is way too long. I was asked to come at 10am for a follow up check up to discuss my reports and waited for 3 hours. Everytime I asked they said I have 3 patience before me. They are playing with people's lives and time. I will not be returning to Glenn Anne's for sure and I will report their service to Human rights commission and MOH. They have become absurd...people like them should not be in the service industry
