Grace Joel Retirement Village

My mum was a resident in the hospital section and I cannot praise them enough. The staff are so caring and friendly. I highly recommend this retirement village.

Grace Joel actually care more about the decor and over all looks of the place and ambience .nThe staff at the desk are not very familiar with the protocols, also not very friendly service. It's another age care residential with a lot of room for improvement required.nRequest to Senior Management: Don't treat this place as a boutique business.nPlease Invest at more staffing ratio and procedures to reflect better and effective care. It's my honest opinion !

Our elderly, very dear friend has recently moved into an apartment. Sure it was a huge mental readjustment, but a few weeks in the staff and facility have helped our friend to adjust, fit in, and now actually like being there.nWell done !

I caught up with family at the lovely lil cafe there. Easy parking on a Sunday morning... pleasant service..range of sweet n savoury foods...large tables or arm chairs n tables... lovely decor.

My husband was there for 3 months last year for his recovery of an operation plus he also has Mylopethy, we could not have asked for better service, care, friendliness and the staff are just amazing.nHe is now going back for resit care as he wouldn't go any where else.
