Facilities here are really well laid out and open. Plenty of seating in the waiting room.nnThe carpark is relatively close to the main entrance and have near had an issue getting parking. The orthopaedics offer free parking for 90 which is much appreciated.nnThe staff in the office are really nice and polite. Always helpful and on time even though it is busy there.nnRang up at short notice and was able to come in a be seen that day. Appreciate the fast service and care from the nurses and doctors.

I've had to see them for: awful Achilles heel pain, a twisted knee, and back sprain. Every time I come away having been assessed, they've identified the problem and I have a plan to get me back to 100%. I couldn't give them less then 5*****

My husband was referred to doctor Stewart Walsh back in 2017. The treatment he received was appalling. This doctor is only interested in treating the All blacks and not the common man. He neglected my husband’s injury, such that my husband is now dealing with the after effects for a very long time of the injury not being treated. Sadly in New Zealand we can’t sue doctors for their incompetence and neglect.

My physiotherapist Rebecca Mooney was available via online Zoom right from Lockdown level 3 which was very helpful. The service provided was good and professional. Referral to a doctor within the Clinic when my condition wasn't improving fast enough also helped. Steve, the Physician was also warm, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks to my physiotherapist Rebecca and the doctor Steve!
