Koa and Damion came out this morning to fix our heat pump and did an absolutely fantastic job. Thankfully, my heat pump no longer sounds like it’s about to take off! They were thorough, professional, and incredibly friendly to deal with.nnA big thank you as well to Lisa from the Contact Centre, who called to book the job — she was lovely and so friendly.nnOverall, an excellent experience and truly fantastic service from start to finish.

Arvin did a great job of the install of our dishwasher. Very happy. - update to this review, realised that dishwasher had been installed incorrectly after writing. Still 5 stars because Fisher & Paykel customer service and the new technician, Jordan, were excellent at correcting the mistake.

Really poor after sales service. I needed to get my combi oven fixed and called the supplier and was told to call the commercial center. I called them and they told me to call the supplier! ‍nI tried calling fisher and paykel and apparently you can't! I was put through a messaging system and was told to wait 31 minutes. I was cut off after 15mins. I messaged again and was asked to wait 33 minutes. After waiting 33 minutes I was asked how can I help you. I explained my issue and then there was no reply. Zero care about customer service! What a shame as this is a NZ owned company.

Excellent service! The guys were on time and extremely efficient making sure everything was perfect.nWe are very happy with our new appliances.
