Local Doctors - Weymouth

Worst experience in 11 years since I have been in Nz from Dr Vispi Buhariwalla. No professionalism. When someone is giving respect to him he is being rude and blaming others for no reason. Not taking his responsibility for the work he is suppose to do, he should keep in mind that he is not doing charity. He is getting paid for his work. Listening to patient is a key essential in his profession which he should follow. Plus giving respect to others even his own staff and other branch members is also mandatory. I did not had an option for zero star.nI waited for 6 hours and finally got his time for meeting which he made worst for me. He did not care of what I was saying and took it very casual. I felt like cost of living is not the only thing which needs to be looked after by NZ government. Health sector should be inspected on a regular basis by higher officials.nI would not like to see him again in future.

Visited Browns Road Manurewa Local Doctors on 28/04/2026 at around 7:40pm. The clinic states it closes at 8:00pm, but despite arriving 20 minutes before closing, the receptionist refused to take us because there were already four patients waiting. This was extremely frustrating, as patients should reasonably expect to be seen during advertised operating hours. If the clinic cannot accept patients that close to 8:00pm, they should clearly communicate an earlier cut-off time instead of misleading people.nnAdditionally, while patients were waiting, one of the older doctors was using a mobile phone around 7:45pm until reception reminded them that patients were still waiting. This appeared unprofessional and gave the impression that patient care was not being prioritized.nnOverall, this was a disappointing experience due to poor time management, lack of transparency, and unprofessional behavior. The clinic should improve how it manages patient intake near closing time and ensure staff maintain professional standards.

So bad very very bad. While the patience are waiting the nurses and the people at the front desk is playing around talking to each other like there are no patience. No respect for patience lack of professional by doing their work. Even from the staff room you can here them laughing and playing. And one lady with a baby no uniform just wearing casual clothes like what kind of hospital is this.

Appalling healthcare service from start to finish. My son was seen and sent away despite the doctor completely missing a stomach bug, which was only properly diagnosed two days later by another provider. The staff were slow, dismissive, and showed absolutely no compassion. Patients are rushed in and out with barely any interest or care, made to feel like an inconvenience rather than people who are unwell. I would 1000 percent recommend investing in another healthcare provider. This level of care is unacceptable.
