Moana Nui-a-Kiwa Pool and Leisure Centre

Basically it’s very good, friendly staff and longtime operations. One missing star is for a male staff usually wearing black leggings and sneakers, why? I found it happened a few times when he’s on duty, he says/does nothing when someone break the rules, like cross/ walk/ play in the swimming lanes instead of the fun lane. I can imagine how an unreliable staff will react if the emergency happens, that sucks. I recommend the management talk to him and give him a retraining.

Nice place...when to use the gym for rehab. It's a small spot upstairs overlooking pools. Can get crowded at peak hours

I enrolled for Swimming classes on Sundays. I went for the first one and realised it wasn’t for me. I was told that my membership would not carry over as that was the last lesson of the year. Next thing you know, I was charged again the next week, with that week not even hosting a Sunday lesson. Tried in many different ways to get in touch but to no avail. I also still am showing as registered for the Sunday classes. Bit annoying tbh, I went from hopping to improve my swimming to being charged twice when I did not attend any lesson and being left in the dark ever since.

Staff are super nice and friendly. 3 stars only because the toilets aren't very clean. Other than that great place for the kids.

Toilets are disgusting, Eating area not open , Had to eat outside in the cold . Outside pool under going maintainence wasn't mentioned when we rung earlier, Some staff were nice others just didn't give a crap about the people.
