Turuki Health Care - Mangere

I believe the booking appointments is getting worse. I called last month to book an appointment to see a doctor today. Receive a call from Turuki on Monday reminding my appointment which I confirmed I will be attending. Get a call Wednesday to say the Doctor is on Holiday and that I wouldn't be able to see a doctor till early April. It's frustrating.

Great service from nurse and doctors here, abit more work on the phone pick ups.nnI had been calling since 8 and it kept going to the “please try again later” and hangs up. I tried around 8.40am and finally got through to the team but they were already booked out for the day but we were able to come in and see a nurse.nnStill wanted a docs appointment but it was still good that the nurse checked my son and I out still.nnThanks

I have never had any issues here and always get a same day appointment you just got to be bang on the dot as soon as they open it's a free for all so if your not fast your last. Molly Anderson is the best doctor also Jayde very caring wahine's and great at what they do very much appreciate you thanks for all your hard work.
