all i can say is not enough samoan translators for my grandpa! he is in the dementia unit and he only speaks and only understands samoan and yet no one can understand when he speaks and they only give him basic demands. I believe this could affect his health as what if he feels something is wrong with him??? how can he even communicate??. not enough effort to cater to those who speak different languages.nnother than that great service , great food service and good lounge area
