Excellent center, helpful staff and excellent services.nNo stress. The atmosphere is open and has a good view of green glasses. That makes us feel relaxed and confident.nnI recommend you to come.nI'll come again.

Amazing building, with designated car park at the front of the building for donors. The inside of the building looks very new, it has very comfortable sofas with a nice view.nSuper friendly staff, extraction complete I. Less than 10 minutes.

Epsom donor centre is a lovely and inviting place to donate blood/plasma/platelets, however one week the staff are lovely and the next they act as though they hate you. I also recently got a lecture on how terrible of a donor I am because my veins are small.nKeep in mind though that this is few and far between, and there are some truly lovely people who work there. Also, the coffee is surprisingly good… see you again in a month.

Great facility, comfortable and with good refreshments. The nurses who saw me were competent. Not the most friendly staff I’ve seen, but they were nice enough.nnImportant to mention that I had booked an appointment in advance, I got here 15 minutes earlier, and still only seated to donate 40 minutes after my appointment time, so a bit of a long wait. But we don’t do it for them, we do it for those who need it, so it’s always worth the wait. :

Nice, warm and comfortable here plus my 2nd time only. The whole place is well litten up. Watching big screen TVs. Got soft toys given as a ty...the red is for giving Blood donation and the gold is for giving Plasma only. Lots to talk about. 5 for all the health workers.
