NZ Blood Service Epsom and National Office

Everyone I interacted with today was highly professional, welcoming, and friendly. I highly recommend this donor centre for their fantastic care for their donors. Elderly lady driving organisation car down Great South Road, Epsom at 5:25PM ran a red light when clearly traffic on opposite side has stopped for crossing. Registration is photo attached.

Amazing building, with designated car park at the front of the building for donors. The inside of the building looks very new, it has very comfortable sofas with a nice view.nSuper friendly staff, extraction complete I. Less than 10 minutes.

Great facility, comfortable and with good refreshments. The nurses who saw me were competent. Not the most friendly staff I’ve seen, but they were nice enough.nnImportant to mention that I had booked an appointment in advance, I got here 15 minutes earlier, and still only seated to donate 40 minutes after my appointment time, so a bit of a long wait. But we don’t do it for them, we do it for those who need it, so it’s always worth the wait. :
