The staff were genuinely polite and helpful from start to finish. Parking was easy with plenty of space, the place was super clean. Overall, it felt well organised and very welcoming.

NZ Blood mobile service was in St Stephen's Church Hall on Jervois Road, Herne Bay last week. It was good to donate my A rhesus positive clean blood, disease free to be for people in need.nMy veins in arms are small and hard to get, hence takes a trained phlebotomist to take blood properly.nThe hall had orange juice, coffee, water, biscuits and snacks.nThere are a lot of people immigrating to New Zealand under current regulations.nMyself working toward dual citizenship/immigration everyday to Upper class England/Switzerland, correct visa, fulfil dream as a writer/Author, happily married first time early 50s. I'm a worldrankìng University of Auckland Arts graduate in history and media, accepted into postgraduate, still to complete part time, waiting on financial compensation.nThe dark skinned Professional nurse who saw me last week was from Zimbabwe where there is a lot of corruption, so dangerous he could doe there any day.nThe database was now more extensive listing countries I have travelled and lived in.nThis is going to be a regular hall setting, clean with sit up beds comfortable when taking blood, not far from where I live in Herne Bay.nRecommend.

Wonderful staff. They are so helpful when you need anything. Very professional at their work. Plenty of parking space. Use NZ blood mobile app and make a booking. Save a life.

Excellent center, helpful staff and excellent services.nNo stress. The atmosphere is open and has a good view of green glasses. That makes us feel relaxed and confident.nnI recommend you to come.nI'll come again.

Friendly reception staff each time I visit and professional nurses all with a great sense of humor. Coffee, cake and biscuits to help recovery....Just grand.
