Awanui Labs - Remuera (formerly Labtests)

I have been to Lab Tests Remuera a few times and I really appreciate their efficient systems and loads of parking. The last couple of times the test has been amazing. I actually not exaggerating did not feel the needle at all. Sorry I missed the phlebotomist’s name but she was great and they all are. If you regularly need testing I can thoroughly recommend them

Nicky is heaven sent! I have thin veins that are super hard to find and she gets it once on the go all the time! No pain, no seconds, she knows what she’s doing. And plus, she gives me tips to tell other phlebotomists if I don’t see her. Praise God for you Nicky.

The place had a fairly large reception area but it was full. Like other places, grab a ticket at the front counter and scan it then wait for your number to be called. The place was really busy so there was a bit of a wait. The staff were quite friendly and efficient though.

The female nurse was professional and friendly. I was impressed with her skills. The whole facility has been kept nice and clean. All brochures are tidy. The toilet is spotless.
