Auckland City Hospital Emergency Room

Can't believe Auckland hospital reception staff is racist and good at lying. Lack of patient care and unprofessional working attitude should not work in a hospital. You should start from learning how to be a human first

The worst experience we ever had in our lives. We had waited for almost 7 hours but no doctor attended us. They just simply made us wait. I will and do not recommend anyone else to come and visit the emergency department of this hospital.nVery annoying and disappointing!

Was in the AED ambulatory care for 7 hours but there were others that were there longer than me. The nurse said she would check my notes and come back well she never did and I ended up going home because the wait was so frustrating and the pain was getting worse but doctors and nurses really don’t care

I gave birth at Northshore hospital and 2 days later ended up with a infection was sent to auckland emergency room and they were fabulous it was a little wait but I was always checked on, they mafe sure i was comfortable. Then I was moved to the maternity ward were the nurses, doctors etc were so lovely and helpful. Over all my experience at auckland hospital was amazing

Went in when it wasn't busy and great! Quick care however by the sounds of it when I was leaving If I went in when it was busy would have been 1 star
