This venue is part of the Morningside craft beer scene.nnGreat venue, excellent service and good food. We were here during Toastie Takeover. 4 stars for the toastie, it was a bit sloppy, but the flavours were there.

Hell of a spot! I’ve always had good things to say about Urbanaut, and this is just another reason why. Fantastic rotating selection of their finest brews, matched with brilliant service. Remains my favourite brewery in New Zealand so far. The selection of beers is great, and the experimental flavours are almost universally delicious. The smash burgers were very good as well.nnIt gets BUSY, so if you want a table, you may be waiting a bit for one to open up.

First visit to Urbanaut. Didn’t know what to expect and were surprised once we got to the top of the stairs…great open space with random tables and lounge furniture scattered around with the brewery tucked away in the corner. Friendly and helpful staff and great selection of ales on tap at the bar. The smashed burgers and loaded fries were delicious - best we’ve had in a while. Family friendly atmosphere and very pleasant way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Big thumbs up from us
