Been here a few times. Staff are kind and efficient. Took my blood with no pain.

Staff are very efficient despite record number of patients today. Phlebotomists are really good, can't feel a thing and quick.

Very hit and miss as to how busy it is - sometimes I have walked in and been seen within ten minutes, sometimes there's a very long wait. However, the staff have mostly been fairly efficient and friendly enough, even when very busy.

Quick and efficient blood testing service. Staff are professional and helpful. Convenient location with ample parking nearby.

Big thanks to Suman! She was super patient, empathetic and gentle - I could barely feel it go in my arm. So many times I've had nurses just roughly ram the needle in. As someone who has a massive phobia of needles, I really appreciate it
