The reception system is well-organized and easy to navigate, making check-in smooth.nWhat stood out most was the minimal wait time, I was seen within 5–10 minutes been here twice, which is excellent. The location is also easy to find and the operating hours are very convenient.nOverall, the service feels very streamlined and respectful of patients’ time. I usually have a hard time when it comes to blood tests because it’s always difficult to find my veins, and it often takes multiple attempts. But this time was completely different — Hetal, was incredibly skilled, calm, and friendly. She found the vein on the first try and made the whole experience quick and comfortable. Really appreciate the professionalism Hetal.

This was the quickest and most easiest medical service every received. I ricked up 2 minutes before my booked appointment, scanned my QR code from the booking confirmation and was seen 2 minutes later. Great, friendly and competitive staff? All in all I was in there for 7 minutes!

I went in absolutely terrified, I have like an completely illogical phobia of blood tests. I requested a senior phlebotomist and was absolutely blessed with getting the lovely Hetal. I could not recommend/thank her enough. The first time I didn’t cry during one of these tests. So fast too, instantly found my flimsy veins and was so comforting and lovely

Amazing team. Allow around 45-60mins per visit with how busy this site is! Staff are always flat out but still manage to make it pleasant and painless.
