Staff are very efficient despite record number of patients today. Phlebotomists are really good, can't feel a thing and quick.

Absolutely amazing service from Hetal at this lab. I struggle with anxiety getting bloods and she is always so lovely and gentle as well as professional.

Very hit and miss as to how busy it is - sometimes I have walked in and been seen within ten minutes, sometimes there's a very long wait. However, the staff have mostly been fairly efficient and friendly enough, even when very busy.

Been here a few times. Staff are kind and efficient. Took my blood with no pain.

I got a blood test done a couple of days ago, even though there was a bit of a wait, the staff were efficient. The person who took my blood was really friendly and the whole procedure was painless. What really blew me away was how fast the test results were sent to my doctor the next morning. Overall, it was a pretty great experience.
