Nice sausages. recommend Hawaiian Pork sausages, they were perfect, the butcher did seem to think maybe he had added too much pineapple but it kept the sausage moist, whole family loved these. The Wagyu beef sausage was yummy, would be probs better with your own flavourings, rather than the added flavour powder as per the labelling.nAnd request to add more cuts of lamb and beef. Visited Mad butcher Mt Roskil this morning. Well stocked, great selection of meat, variety of pantry items. Very clean! Friendly staff. Will shop there again if in that part of town. Highly recommend.

Not my normal area to shop but gave it a go as working nearby . Was really good on price and after a bbq quality was excellent .nHighly recommend the baby back ribs and chicken nibbles . Great tips off the young man Ruben on the counter

I use click and collect to speed up my day sadly the mad butcher needs to up their game, I had to wait and they couldn't find the piece of paper with my order on it, PAPER? took 3x back and forth before it was found. The packing of the order was not great, mince was in a plastic bag rather than on trays - ordered 2kgs assuming they would be approx. 1kg each as per price and you only get it this way if you write it in the notes, more time consuming, writing each item a note e.g. 2kg chicken legs please separate into 1kgs pack, lamb chops please separate and so on. I also got and email 5 days after the collection saying my order was now complete. Weird and the guy wasn't very friendly. I wouldn't use this system again.
