Dr Laith Al-Rubiae was incredibly kind and attentive. He listened carefully, answered all my questions, and made my family feel at ease throughout our visit. We were exhausted with the NZ health system and we had been to 2 doctors before for my little son’s health issue, but were disappointed after 2 hours waiting the doctor said it’s normal with babies.nBut Doctor Lalith Al Rubiae truly cares; he listens, he has empathy, he is positive, and he is very energetic. He has all the qualities that doctors should have. First time we felt a relief after talking to the doctor, He took extra time to explain everything, He even drew a picture explaining what’s happening with my son’s body. He explained every step of my Son’s medication usage plan clearly. He ensured we understood all options before proceeding.nHis attention to detail and genuine concern made all the difference.nThe best Doctor we have ever met in our lives.nFirst time we felt valued and cared for in the NZ health system..nThank you Dr Lalith Al Rubiae.nYou are a true blessing to NZ healthcare.nWe need more doctors like you..nYou are a star

Staff are lovely, but to expect a neurodivergent child to wait for more than 3 hours to see a Dr is impossible, with a shoulder injury obviously mum can't give up and go home when the violent meltdown starts because the child needs to be seen.nIf you know a child with autism is there to see a Dr it would be good to let them be seen sooner, your doctors have experience with children with autism so I am sure they would agree.

Dr Rahul, is possibly one of the best doctors I myself have been to. After taking my girlfriend here for throat problems, he was really understanding and took the time to listen and inform us. Really easy-going fella,nThank you mate!

Waited three days for results of my two year old daughter’s urine tests only to discover after multiple follow ups that White Cross never even sent the samples to the lab. After trying to get an explanation about what happened we received contradictory messages between nurses and doctor, all the while my daughter was put on medication that may not have been necessary or correct. The staff on the day were lovely and I get that there are shortages and issues across the sector but White Cross is a FOR PROFIT clinic so someone’s making $ off of this borderline negligent service.

I was triaged quickly and efficiently . The different hubs work well together. X-rays were done quickly and the radiologist had a great sense of humour . The doctor was kind and empathic . At no point did I ever feel rushed and staff are really lovely . Highly recommend this clinic .
