Seriously, the customer service was terrible!nOn the toy car, it said to insert coin, and the coin dropped out, and we couldn’t get it out. So I went to the boy staff, and the service was insanely horrendous. He was rudely talking to me and my brother and his friend, and I told him it was an accident. After that, we all said thanks but he walked away. So rude to treat a child! Horrible. Next time hire someone nicernLime milkshake tasted so disgusting, and turns out, they put random lime powder in the milkshake?! Omg.nAlso food price and entry fee is ridiculous for such a small facility. McDonald fries even taste better than magic lofts, and it’s much more cheaper! Also consider more better air conditioning!!nPlayground quality is horrifying, and a lot is broken. Fix those parts now, and attach better air conditioning!!!!!nnFix those horrible service, and magic loft, you owe me, my brother and his friend, an apology now.nAlso food quality is low, but u guys sell it in an unacceptable price. Drink is too expensive. Entry fee is horrendously expensive and service is just terrifyingly, insanely horrendous. The prices drove us nuts! Terrible service, facility and price. Service and food and facilities and price is terrible. We pay so much entry fee, so we expect better service! We also need a cleaner facilityn-Raddy

Endless fun for children. Big climbing maze area with multiple slides, trampoline area, large ball pit and lots of smaller ball pits, smaller slide area for younger kids and heaps of claw machines.nnFood is alright and prices are not too inflated, but the bubble tea is not good.nnEntry fee is much cheaper compared to other places as adults don’t need to pay.

Such a fun place for the kids, but... over $200 for 1hr hire of a small box room with no ventilation! Stay in the general space, more room. Unfortunately it gets very hot. The aircon units don't circulate the air enough & some of the fans were off! It needs more windows & better roof insulation to keep the baking sun off the tin roof, so don't take any chocolate. Also, music would be nice.
