Magic Loft

Cleanliness is a huge issue here. Especially in the toilets. The dust on the toilets, the floors and the toilet seats is disgusting! The dust shows they don't clean the toilets often... I've been reading the reviews posted by others that range from 6 months ago to 2 weeks ago, where people have spoken about the cleanliness of the place... you say in every review that you will make it a priority to change and address the cleanliness, however it's still disgusting. Mould on the seats in food area, and filthy walls and equipment. I think this needs to be reported to higher outside sources, as you aren't adhering to hygiene standards.

We visited Magic Loft Avondale 2 years ago and had a great experience, but sadly things have gone downhill. The biggest issue was cleanliness. There were dirty tables and floor areas everywhere and no one seemed to be clearing or wiping them down. The bathrooms were also so grubby and not pleasant to use.nnThe coffee was too hot and burnt my tongue and worse still, we found a long black hair in our food. I took the food back and the staff member just looked at the hair, said he’d refund it, and eventually muttered “sorry about that” but honestly didn’t look like he cared. How they have an ‘A’ grade café is beyond me.nnOn a positive note, the kids did enjoy playing and it was a great way to burn off energy on a rainy day. The playground is big and wasn't crowded with plenty to keep them engaged. But for the adults, it was freezing inside with no apparent heating or decent ventilation. Some kind of air con would make a big difference.nnWould love to see the hygiene and overall upkeep brought back to the standard it once was. It has potential but really needs some attention.

Endless fun for children. Big climbing maze area with multiple slides, trampoline area, large ball pit and lots of smaller ball pits, smaller slide area for younger kids and heaps of claw machines.nnFood is alright and prices are not too inflated, but the bubble tea is not good.nnEntry fee is much cheaper compared to other places as adults don’t need to pay.

This is my second time at magic loft. First time was ok, it’s small and can be a bit boring after an hour. They need more balls in the ball pit. But my main concern is the cleanliness of the place and the rude staff. They’re just not friendly at all. I came when it opened and the toilet was absolutely disgusting, I lifted my kids onto it because the floor was horrendous and the toilet itself was so dirty but they desperately needed to go so I had no choice. I was starving but didn’t want to buy any food from them after I saw the state of the place.nAnd it’s ridiculously over priced, especially for mid week. A lot of other indoor playgrounds are so much better and cheaper prices

Such a cool place with modern arcade games too. Our kids aged 6, 3 and 1 had a blast! Fairly priced and we can stay+play as long as we want
