Amazing experience. Affordable. Parking is convenient & there is wheelchair access. It’s not crowded the staff are helpful and pleasant. The claw machines in the cafeteria are fun & you can easily win a toy. Plenty of seating areas within the playground and in the cafeteria. They also make very nice food & have anime artwork you can purchase and cool little toys for the kids to purchase it’s literally a gem compared to other children indoor playgrounds and very clean even the bathroom is clean & the young man keeps the floors tidy & customer service is top tier thankyou Magic loft we will be back

Does get hot. Cool animr decor. No one in lobby area drinks are bit more pricey but do come in 1.5 bottles to cater. Was said no outside food but i saw many bring there food in which was a bit annoying because i couldve saved some dollars and bought more. Kids loved the play area but super hot. Needs a free water designated area. But because the children had fun, overall great place

Fantastic venue. We had a birthday party and everyone enjoyed food and venue. Lady manager on the counter was very attentive and helpful. She accommodated our food and timings very well. Safe and clean play area.

This place was clean I didn't use the bathrooms, a very large play area with a variety of things to play on and suitable for babies and toddlers, lots of seating, not many people were there when we arrived. Paid $32 for a 1 year old and a 2 year old after 2:30pm, paid $2 for a banana, $1 for a bag of chips and $7 for 2 ice blocks. I will visit again, earlier next time to get my moneys worth and with my own bunch of Bananas lol

Cleanliness is a huge issue here. Especially in the toilets. The dust on the toilets, the floors and the toilet seats is disgusting! The dust shows they don't clean the toilets often... I've been reading the reviews posted by others that range from 6 months ago to 2 weeks ago, where people have spoken about the cleanliness of the place... you say in every review that you will make it a priority to change and address the cleanliness, however it's still disgusting. Mould on the seats in food area, and filthy walls and equipment. I think this needs to be reported to higher outside sources, as you aren't adhering to hygiene standards.
