Extremely Disappointing ServicenI had a terrible experience at the AAA Center in New Lynn. The staff were completely unprofessional and unhelpful. They seemed disorganized and uninterested in assisting with even the simplest questions. It felt like I was being ignored, and when I did get a response, it was dismissive and rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable or respectful service.

Robert and Sai were incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process, making it a smooth and hassle-free experience.nnThe staff's attention to detail and friendly approach truly stood out, and I left the office feeling well taken care of. such a bad efficiency and customer service.nJust asking do you have any experiences people for sorting my problem, she just said” no one can help me even though my manager”. I assumed that it was true that she said, but the attitude is bad enough can be considering as customers service. If you are looking for service with AA or NZTA, you are better to do online without any connection with people.

Would give this -1 stars if I could. Been to this AA about 3 to 4 times in the last 2 years and honestly this branch needs be restaffed or shut down.nStaff members can never provide accurate information. The documents required to apply for licence conversions or replace lost car licence tags are never right. My wife was bought to tears trying to convert her overseas licence due to all the rig-ma-roll of providing documents for the application. Ended up driving halfway across Auckland to the AA in Penrose to get things sorted, which happened with less hassle.nAt my most recent visit, one of the male staff got super aggressive for no reason and almost assaulted me for not removing my helmet fast enough while I was in the shop. For reference it was pouring outside and I was trying to get out of the rain. The fella thought he was bouncing for a pub in Edinburgh or something. Absolutely poor.

A huge shoutout to Pallavi for her exceptional service! I truly appreciate her patience throughout the process and her effort in addressing all my insurance inquiries. She also did an excellent job explaining each policy and its benefits clearly.
