I was a bit nervous when I got there because of the reviews only 3 stars, but honestly, the staff is amazing! Rob was super kind, fast, and really helpful — he guided me from the start with the form and then sent me to the team behind the desks. Vai was also really nice and friendly while helping me and booking my appointment. The place gets quite busy, but Rob makes everything go smoothly. Totally 5 stars from me — I really recommend this place!

I visited around 11 AM on a Thursday and the place was quite busy. I ended up waiting about 45 minutes before being assisted. Once I was seen, Julie was excellent—patient, friendly, and efficient. She handled my policy setup in roughly 30 minutes and even acknowledged the long wait with a sincere apology. Despite the delay, I left feeling very satisfied with the service I received.

Came in to get a replacement driver licence.nnI lined up in the Membership & Information queue after seeing others being served there for driver licence services not theory tests. However, I was told by another staff member from the insurance area that I shouldn’t have been in that line. When I asked why others were being served for licensing in that queue, she responded “no, no” and told me to move to another line, even though the people in front of me were clearly being assisted with licensing.nnHappy to line up wherever required, but the rules felt inconsistent. Clearer guidance on which services each line handles would really help.

I am happy that I understood how to change my Indian car license to a New Zealand car license and checked all the documents thoroughly. Visited today with my daughter to get her learners. Bob ?Rob and the team were managing a very busy centre very well! The team were very patient and efficient despite being extremely busy. Top marks.
