Recently my glasses hinge snapped because my dog jumped on them. Thought I’d have to get a new pair but they were confident they could repair them for ~$40. Very happy they’ve fixed them for a reasonable price. Much appreciated. Great customer service. Glasses look good as new.

Also, polished another frame which was accidentally bleached by sanitiser - which I thought was the end of them.nA short wait in a small queue and I was served by a knowledgable, friendly, professional staff member, who checked on timing, found that the bleaching could be polished out and returned to original colour. The staff member was patient and clear, and provided an unexpected solution.nCommunication was great, repairs turned around inside 24 hours, and the cost was a pleasant surprise - way cheaper than i could imagine.nParking may be a little challenging, as there are many businesses in the complex, but not overly difficult.nI can highly recommend using SOS Eyewear for repairs to glasses. At the beginning of last year, during a bikepacking trip through New Zealand, I accidentally sat on my glasses in my tent. I'm extremely grateful to them. Even though they didn't charge any fees this time, they still received me very patiently. They adjusted the position of my nose pads several times and fixed the temple of my glasses to make them flat. A very professional and patient team. Thank you for making my day so wonderful.
