I'm extremely grateful to them. Even though they didn't charge any fees this time, they still received me very patiently. They adjusted the position of my nose pads several times and fixed the temple of my glasses to make them flat. A very professional and patient team. Thank you for making my day so wonderful.

I went to spec-savers about a year ago to try get my glasses fixed and I remember so much chaos and so many questions about the material of my glasses etc, so much so that I thought it would be a difficult process to get my glasses fixed. So, naturally procrastinated getting them fixed for about a year.nnWalked into SOS, they fixed them in 10 minutes and didn’t charge me this time. Extremely nice and helpful. Saw me quickly despite being very busy and had an incredibly friendly attitude and conversation.

Amazing service! I needed the nose pads on my glasses repaired, they completed the job same day, and tightened the arms without me having to ask. The staff are super lovely and the repair was so well priced. Highly recommend.

I came here to fix my glasses — the frame had snapped right in the middle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They repaired them quickly and perfectly. My glasses now feel even more comfortable than before, and the nose pads were replaced with new ones. I’m really impressed and grateful. So lucky to have this place in Auckland!
