This place is from A to Z a great place to shop. The lady I met before Christmas offered me advise to help me get my christmas tree base adaptor and since the tree was up we had to wait u til after Christmas to check the voltage.nnWhen I went back to the store today she seemed to remember the issue and went above and beyond to painstakingly take the seal of the adaptor off so that if it wasn't a good fit we wouldn't be stuck with it.nnTurned out to be perfect. Thanks so much for your help!

The shop has all the needs you need electronic equipment. They also have kids toys, all the household stuff and commercial electronic equipment. Parking is limited but available mostly.

I purchased a ‘heavy duty’ crimper from Jaycar New Lynn and the product failed 4 days later. Jaycar New Lynn refuses to remedy this failed product.nnThey will not replace, or refund, they just said ‘we don’t deal with tools once it’s sold…?nnBut under the consumers guarantees act they should be taking care of their customers and offer a minimum 1 year warranty on any product by law, why is this store failing to provide me a remedy for this failed product???nnIt is just unacceptable for a product to fail only 4 days after purchase

Fantastic staff!nThe best shopping experience I have ever had in NZ, plus knowledgable and friendly staff that also weren't pushy and gave us time and space to think and discuss our purchases. The young man who helped us was great.nWe will go back here for all our needs for our camper van conversion. It's been a long time since I experienced shopping in-store that is better than online! : Thank you!
