I recently visited your location and had a generally positive experience. The staff were all friendly, professional, and very helpful. However, it was quite busy, especially because it was a Saturday. It seems like this is a peak time due to the weekend, so I think it would be beneficial to have more staff scheduled on Saturdays to better manage the increased number of visitors. Otherwise, everything was fine, and I appreciate the good service. Thank you

Was nervous for my blood test but the guy delivering it, I think his name was Sudeep, made it a lovely experience! We talked about music and the future, didn't even notice the needle. Made my day

I have been going to Medlab Blockhouse Bay for over 5 years and at one stage had to go weekly due to cancer treatment. Other places have had problems finding my veins but I have found the staff to be very professional and reassuring. Have always hated and got stressed out in the past. I know some of the staff have changed but they still have pleasant and professional people there .

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Went with my sick child for urgent blood. Took the number waited in the car as child was in pain. Came back to give blood they refused to do and asked to get new no.

Service was excellent highly recommended. Usually people struggle to find my vein but this older man had no problem with just one poke I felt no sting. Very professional
