Can't rate this place highly enough. My two year old had a blood test today and the staff Maleka and Kinnari assisting were so lovely, patient and kind. I really appreciate it. Keep up the good work team!

I had a very good experience at the lab. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The environment was clean and well-organized, and the results were provided on time. I really appreciate their efficient and caring service. Highly recommended to the Jade very proffesional girl.

The staff were very kind and although I am very scared of needle the prick was so painless .. had a little bit of waiting as it was morning but overall a great experience

We were charged by mistake while the test was charged to the practice. What a rip off after going through all the stress . Later on , they accepted the mistake and said we would process the refund. After few hours, got a call and asked us to inform the clinic stating we have paid .nnSo basically money is in and there is no way out! SHAME

I recently visited your location and had a generally positive experience. The staff were all friendly, professional, and very helpful. However, it was quite busy, especially because it was a Saturday. It seems like this is a peak time due to the weekend, so I think it would be beneficial to have more staff scheduled on Saturdays to better manage the increased number of visitors. Otherwise, everything was fine, and I appreciate the good service. Thank you
