Local Doctors Mount Roskill

Visited on Easter Friday and received absolutely awesome service! The reception was friendly, funny, welcoming and efficient. The nurse was absolutely lovely. The doctor was great, thorough, explained my condition and medication and helpful.nOverall a very positive experience and I do recommend them! Note: I was told on normal days to make an appointment as they do get very busy with long waiting periods. I was lucky as I came on a public holiday so I was seen and completed within half an hour.

I wish I could give it zero stars the service just lazy we booked like 3 hours ago and waited and waited people came after us and booked in and went in before us. Would not suggest. Adding on some of the people at the front is just next level laziness.i asked one of them he said 4 hours just for the nurse I asked the woman next to him and she asked my name and said my ones next some staff here are just lazy. Rubbish absolutely rubbish clinic would not recommend anyone here have to take a whole day off just to see a nurse!!!!

Worst New Zealand Hospital service. Receptionist rude without any knowledge. Currently I m in a hospital since 2:30 hours where my daughter temperature not going down after given 2 Pmol & 2 ibuprofen. They advised will need to wait another 2-3 hours to see doctor. Total waiting 5-6 hours in uncontrolled high fever situation.nThis is a message to Dr Kanti kaka, please educate your reception staff & nurses. Very disappointed. Keep it up Mt roskill Medical centre, you deserve worst customer service award.

I wish to give 0 or -ve stars , but don’t have an option.. super long waits - minimum 4 hours to 8 hours.nReception have no idea .. no doctors available.. always just 1 or 2 doctors and u end up spending whole day in the clinic and at the end just get a Panadol paracetamol etc. just 5* for the single doctor Thilani who takes all burden of the clinic.nif you ask me - don’t join this medical centre..nFind others to get quick and better service.

Reception people play with me. I was came here before 8 am morning. I noticed that , all the new patients see the doctor who came here after 9 am , they came after menReception people swipe the queuenThey didn’t care about the patient who came earliernnIt’s all Indian people in receptionnThey swipe the queuenIt’s now 10:50 still can’t see the doctornI came here several timesnOne time also I’m not feel good with themnThey doing unfair thingsnHigher authority close the eyes
