Signed up for a 12 week membership to steam, sauna and swim. Only 10 bucks for the first 12wks! Love it! My kids didn't think I would go! Hah! I go early in the morning so my exercise for the day is done. Family changing rooms, lockers, slow swim lanes, good sauna and steam room and then the spa. Ahhhhh so good.

I checked the pool hours the website, which stated that the pools close at 9:30 PM on Thursdays. Based on this information, I arrived with my son at 6:30 PM, expecting him to be able to enjoy the pools. However, upon arrival, the reception staff informed me that the toddler pool and family spa close at 6:45 PM.nThis was very disappointing, as many families, including mine, plan their visits after work to spend quality time with their children. The website information wasnmisleading, and several other families were also caught off guard.nnI kindly request that you update your website with accurate closing times to prevent future confusion and disappointment. Clear communication about facility hours is essential, especially during the summer.

We booked a room here for my daughter’s birthday. The room wasn't very clean with flour all through the kitchen and bits and pieces left over from previous parties.nWe then went to go over to the pool and there was a wait time of 1 to 1.5 hours to get in.nSurely there could be some better planning to allow for the people that have a party booking to get the kids into the pools. I was aware that we may have to wait but not for that long. The wait times were ridiculous! In the end the kids didn't even get to swim.nWould have been better to do a party at home or at another pool. Kind of feel like I wasted my money on this one and had 8 very sad kids. Can’t imagine we will be coming back here again.

Noah is one of the personal trainers, and hes amazing he got my squat from 120kg to 140kg, if you want to get a solid strength training program go to him, hes very smart and will help you out with all your fitness needs.
