“White Cross Henderson 24/7? A complete joke. I rushed my wife here because she couldn’t breathe—she was gasping for air, clearly in distress—and instead of helping her, they were obsessing over visas and passports like it was some border checkpoint. They made it painfully clear that paperwork takes priority over a dying patient. No compassion, no urgency, just cold bureaucracy. If your life depends on this place, good luck—you’ll be buried under their forms before they even lift a finger to help. Absolutely disgusting!”
I had a negative impression at first when I saw all the recent reviews people have posted. But I was well treated, examined by the nurse and Dr Hubert was an excellent GP. The fee was of course more expensive than any of your GPs since it is a 24/7 service but the receptionist showed the fees beforehand - it is a big hospital and the staff must've been working hard accommodating the patients needs. If you have plenty of time to book your GP appt and not patient enough to wait on long queues then this is not the place for you. Health is wealth and choose your battle my friend
This afternoon this indian receptionist sounded annoyed with me.. bad mood and bad tone since I needed to take my daughter for a checkup... when I was waiting one of the nurses who tested my daughter went well and she was a well professional nurse... but on the other hand AJ DR A Taylor this English man who was a rude person to my daughter and I who was not patient and swearing a lot.. I asked him to repeat what he said and he went quiet then I never got to see him again. Had to let one of the nurses explain everything to me... What a slack DR waited 4 hours to get treated bad.
Picked up my sick son from school and brought him here as it is the closest emergency clinic. The staff and system are really, really slow. I came in about 11am and saw the nurse in 1 hour. Afterwards, I was told that there would be a short wait to see the doctor. Been waiting for 4 hours and told that I'm 4 last out of 23 other patients. All of this combined with dirty and unhygienic waiting areas, with rubbish on the floor. Apparently there were a total of 4 doctors which doesn't make sense as I have only seen about 2 of them and 2 nurses. White Cross, you need to fix this.
I ended up going home with my sick son as the wait time was six hours to see a doctor. They only have one nurse and one doctor and about 30 patients looking like they gonna die. The Asian receptionist was nice however ridiculous wait time. We need to improve in our healthcare because it’s shocking!!!!
