Tonight's Team were on Point.nI arrived there at 2250 and was out before midnight.nThe first nurse whos name was Sandra was awesome. She was worried about my fever and heart rate and went straight to the doctor who then saw me straight away. Her care factor was A++++nShe then handed me over to Mike and same treatment. Had to have my antibiotics done through the IV drip. Everything ran smoothly.nThankyou once again to Sandra, Mike & the Team

Reception team needs more training, I was giving twice my details and still didn't information was wrong in the system.nThe nurse who look after me was very caring and helpful.nThe Dr on another note was unprofessional and intimidating, I was in pain and he was rude to me.nI didn't feel safe plus another receptionist was rude to my husband.nThis place need some review of quality services lot.nBy the way, I was there for more than 7 hours until I got transfer to emergency emergency team couldn't find anything

Our 2yo was struggling to breathe and we aren’t from anywhere near here. Decided we needed a doctor and turned up around 9pm expecting the worst wait times and service esp with the reviews on Google. HOWEVER we were seen by a nurse within 5 minutes of turning up. Nurse was great, doctor got to come quickly and we were out of there in 40 minutes from parking to leaving with our daughter given a first dose of what she needs to help her immediately plus a prescription for tomorrow. I do think we got somewhat lucky as they mentioned they were shutting early due to short staffing despite being advertised as a 24 hour service but cannot fault our experience. Thanks so much guys

After a long wait, almost 3 hours plus. Dr called us in his name is Galpottage perera, I wasn't expecting that he was unprofessional and didn't not greet or introduce himself to us. It's very rude the way he talks to us. Didn't exam my daughter properly, at some point I felt like I pushed him to examine her properly.he asked me. I will give her a urine sample test to do, and you can drop it off. this morning, i took a urine sample to the lab to drop it, but the laboratorie staff said there's nothing in the system. They can't check it.nHow Come! Dr. Galpottage pererandoesn't know how the system works?nnIm going to report it to health Minister.nnVery disappointed

Pleasant enough with receptionist and nurses. But when seen by the doctor 26th May 11pm ish he rushed through checks and sent me home saying that I should be sweet. 4 days later my symptoms were picked up by another doctor as a blood clot from which in turn saw me go hospital to have a blood clot removal procedure and then part rib removal surgery as part of this clot. A bit more thoroughness from this doc would of been nice :
