I've always had great experience with receptionists and nurses. They are so nice and they care about whatever my medical reasons are. Dr Yang Ma is the best doctor I've had, shes easy to talk to and someone that goes all out for her patients. Four months ago I went in for a checkup and she made an urgent referral to the hospital next minute I'm having a surgery that saved my life. Thank you Dr Yang Ma. God bless you
Monday morning i try to call the phone number to make an appointment with doctor and get henderson office instead of ranui office, agreed for a call back. Got called back around midday and got told it's henderson. I said I need appointment at ranui and he said he will put me on ranui callback list. I get call Tuesday morning from henderson! They say appointment in henderson on Friday! What a joke I request appointment in ranui and that be the ranui contact number! Need to make an appointment in Ranui as I live there!!! This is not professional service at all!!! Too many assumptions on the patient!!! Phone lines are messed up!!! Really frustrating ...
We've been to over ten local drs formally known as ETHC over the last 20 or so years, it's been years since I've been to one with such lovely Drs, nurses, receptionists. Service has gone from BAD TO WORSE, no more walk ins and if you just found out too bad. Disgusting even with a sick elderly person. Glad all 4 members of our family have moved to a much better clinc with better service. This place is the bottom of the barrel.
The receptionist is very rude..she has no clue about customer service. she really needs training as a receptionist. they don't accept walk-ins and even I booked an appointment two times,they have changed twice before a day by saying doctor is sick.we can understand and we have no control if someone is sick but she should be polite and try to understand patients perspective. and they should try to book with another doctor. I wait for 2 weeks for an appointment. and now I end up changing my GP.When I said I would change my GP, just because of your service, she didn't care and told me she couldn't do anything. Such a bad Experience.
